Swerdel)</author><description>A package for evaluating phenotype algorithms. The
package develops a diagnostic prediction model using a set of
noisy positives and noisy negatives. It can then apply the
model to a large cohort to create a set of subjects each with a
predicted probability for the health outcome of interest. This
cohort can then be used to evaluate phenotype algorithms
through the calculation of the necessary performance
characteristics - sensitivity, specificity, and positive and
negative preditive value.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/ohdsi/actions/runs/40190611831</link><pubDate>Wed, 03 Jun 2026 13:12:00 GMT</pubDate><r:package>PheValuator</r:package><r:version>2.2.17</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://ohdsi.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/ohdsi/phevaluator</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>EvaluatingPhenotypeAlgorithms.rmd</r:source><r:filename>EvaluatingPhenotypeAlgorithms.html</r:filename><r:title>EvaluatingPhenotypeAlgorithms</r:title><r:created>2018-12-10 13:25:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-02 18:00:31</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
